Robin founded Muthomi Mutiga & Co on a single bet: the next decade of Kenyan legal practice will be won by firms that treat the law as a system of processes, and operate it accordingly.

He advises founders and technology companies on incorporation, data protection, and fintech, and families and business principals on succession, family trusts, and intergenerational continuity. His work is organised around the Continuity Arc, a four-phase framework for value that must outlast its creator: Formation, Alignment, Capital, Transmission.

A Legal Technologist by vocation, Robin trains lawyers, advocates, and judges on AI and legal technology across East Africa, and convenes Lawyers on the Cutting Edge, a community of over 1,500 advocates working at the frontier of the profession. Through Robin Advisory Group, the firm's legal-technology arm, he builds the systems that let a small firm operate like a large one.
